We eagerly expect challenging cases related to Imaging & Physiology evaluations and Chronic Total Occlusions from all over the world. If you have interesting cases in this related area, please submit them to share with the world-renowned experts at this event.

Case Submission ends October 14(Fri), 2011(Local date in Seoul).
•
All case should be submitted ONLINE ONLY. Please contact Ms. Emilie Cho case@summitmd.com regarding any matter with online submission.

The case can be covered following each topic: - Imaging - Physiology - CTO
•
If you submit more than one case, please complete a separate case submission form and send the case files for each case.
•
All submitted cases will be officially reviewed and selected by official graders of this meeting. Selected cases will be notified on October 31(Thu), 2011.
Benefit
•
The registration fee for case presenter will be waived.
•
The selected cases' presenters will become a faculty member for the next year.
•
The case competition winners will get a cash award to encourage their research efforts.
